The Community Profile answers the following questions:
How healthy is the community?
What does the health status of the community look like?
To answer these questions, we use quantitative data from the Impact DuPage Community Dashboard, supplemented by additional data such as those provided by the DuPage County Health Department's Communicable Disease and Epidemiology unit.
The Community Dashboard includes a Data Scoring Tool, which provides a summary of indicator comparisons and assists with identifying the most pressing needs in our community. While the Community Dashboard (www.impactdupage.org) has indicators across all MAPP data categories, the Community Profile highlights those identified as needs by the Data Scoring Tool.
